Catalogue No. 2086
This is a mid 18th century (c.1750) Georgian oak gateleg table. The table stands on baulster turned legs, terminating with an elongated bun foot. The table is fitted with a useful drawer to one end. The 'gates' swing out to support each of the flaps to create an oval dining table. A good clean example of its type. This table is a good colour and nice and solid. The table has a couple of small old repairs to the top (not easily visible).
