This is a mid 18th century (c.1770) Georgian mahogany chest of two short and three long drawers. The chest stands on its original shaped bracket feet. The drawers retain their original brass swan neck handles. The top of the chest is decorated with a narrow cross-banded boarder to all sides. The chest is of excellent quality, retains its original features and exhibits a warm rich colour. There are very minor bumps and bruises, commensurate with age and usage.
