This is a mid 19th century (c.1840) rosewood three tier whatnot. The whatnot stands on turned legs, terminating with brass socket castors. The lower shelf has a narrow drawer below, with a further two shelves above, connected with turned uprights. The whatnot is in very good clean condition with no damage or marks.
