This is a late 19th century (c.1880) pair of walnut bedside chest of drawers. The chests stand on plinth bases and each chest is fitted with four graduated drawers. The drawers retain their original turned walnut knob handles. The chests are veneered in walnut though-out. Both chests are in excellent and clean condition with only minor blemishes, commensurate with age and usage.
